How long does shipping take?
Because we ship worldwide, each order is processed in less than 48h. Shipping takes between 3 and 10 days depending on region.

Do you offer Warrany?
Unlike other products on the market, the Couch Console has a long lasting design that you will get to use for years to come. There is nothing that could break under normal usage. However if something does break due to production related issues we will replace it.
Is the battery included?
To keep the CouchConsole affordable we've opted to just make it compatible with any external battery you have. Adding a battery would increase even more the shipping costs.
Is the mug adapter included?
Every Couch Console comes with a mug adaptor. It cannot be purchased separately.
Is the Snack Cup dishwasher safe?
The Snack Cup is 100% dishwasher safe, and it is made from the same material as baby bottles. The rest of the Couch Console is easy to clean, but we don’t recommend cleaning it in the dishwasher.
